A private, on-device journal for biohackers. Snap a photo of what you eat, record how your body responded, and discover your own patterns — no calorie counting, no cloud.
Requires Android 8.0+.
It's easy to guess how a food affects you.
It's hard to prove it.
Calorie trackers answer the wrong question — how much you ate, not what it did to your body. Bodyproof flips that: capture is one photo, and the response you actually care about is added later.
A photo and a tag — that's the whole required step. Add from the camera or gallery, or log straight from the home-screen widget. Optionally scan a nutrition label on-device.
Record a glucose reading with an automatic baseline→peak impact, quick 1–5 ratings for energy, mood, focus and digestion, or any biometric you track.
An Insights dashboard ranks your biggest spikes and calmest foods, your most energizing vs. draining meals, and trends by time of day — over 7 / 30 / all days.
Your data is encrypted on your device (AES-256) and works offline. No account, no cloud, no ads, no trackers. Export or import a passphrase-encrypted backup whenever you like.
Photograph the meal before you eat. Two taps, done.
Later, add how your body reacted — glucose, energy, mood, and more.
Bodyproof shows you which foods do what to you.
Bodyproof stores meals, photos, and readings only in the app's private storage, encrypted at rest (AES-256) with a key held in the Android keystore. It runs fully offline. Optional, off-by-default crash reporting is the only thing that can ever leave the device — and only if you switch it on.
